Neil from Fortress Locksmiths is the local hero who came to my rescue (on a Saturday) when the key to my car broke and I didn't have a spare. He arrived promptly and by the end of the day I had a new key and some excellent advice on actions to take in the next week or so. Thanks for your great work and for coming on a Saturday and for the very reasonable price 😀

This service advertises as a 24/ 7 service, not true, was locked out at 2am last night as I lost my keys, rang the number and it was not available don't advertise a service you cannot provide.

Fantastic service - fixed issue with 2hrs of initial call. Very professional.

Very professional job, I only had one key fob that didn't work and the key part was loose. Got a new case, was better than my own, fob is working and I have a spare key to start car and lock car manually if needed. extremely happy with the service and I was very happy with the price. Would highly recommended!!
